The Falcon carsity football team started the 2024-2025 season with a decisive win for their first away game against the Landstown Eagles.
The 38-0 win against the Eagles was one of the most significant win margins in the past four years against beach opponents. The Falcons had a potent offense, scoring almost all of their points through touchdowns while sill being able to lock it down on the defensive side of the ball with two interceptions.
Senior captain (include position in team) Max Palmerton is an essential piece of this year’s team and has certainly been effective this season.
“First game of the year, we had to set the tone with a W,” Palmerton said. “We were able to dominate the three phases of the game: special teams, offense, and defense.”
Moving into next week, the Falcons will take on the Bayside Marlins Friday, September 6, at 7 P.M.
