DECA students bring home 49 medals, variety of competitions

Distributive Education Clubs of America(DECA) Advisor Ms. Bolling and her students had the privilege to attend the DECA district competition on Thursday, December 14.

The students earned a variety of awards while competing; the awards won include:

17 1st place medals,

16 2nd place medals

16 3rd place medals

for a total of 49 medals.

 

12 students also qualified to compete at states; the students who won include:

senior Finley Palmer – Apparel and Accessories

senior Reese Spencer – Automotive Services

senior Sophia Kubicki-Business Finance

junior Maddie Maloney- Food Marketing

junior Miku Cowell-food marketing

junior Elizabeth Jensen- Hotel and Lodging Management

senior Ellie Buffkin- Marketing Communications

senior Bailey Gray- Principles of Business

junior Joseph Maleski- Principles of Finance

senior  Maya Athey-Stapleton- Restuarant and Food Service Management

senior Alysa Brown- Retail Management

senior Megan Brannock- Principles of Marketing
