Lacrosse teams up for food backpack drive
Falcon’s boys lacrosse partnered with the girls field hockey team on a Spring Break Food Backpack Drive to help feed children at a local elementary school.
The two teams collected over a 100 containers of peanut butter and jelly along with several other food donations filling up several shopping carts. The teams were more than excited to lend a helping hand to the community and overall the event was a great success.
“It was so great to work as a team and school for such a good cause. Hopefully we can do more stuff like this in the future,” junior Daniel Bertka said.
