Each year, schools from all across Hampton Roads select their top students in leadership, academics, and service to receive the Virginian-Pilot Scholastic Achievement Award.  Sophomores, juniors, and seniors are all eligible for this distinction.

In addition, seniors are eligible to receive special scholarship opportunities.
