The National Art Honor Society visited New York City last weekend to explore some of the art museums that Manhattan has to offer. The high school students visited The Guggenheim, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. They were able to see numerous works of art by artists such as Picasso, Van Gogh, and Andy Warhol.

The Art Honor Society also visited the Empire State Building, Times Square, and the Statue of Liberty.

“It was such a great experience! I had never been to New York City before so I didn’t really know what to expect, but it was really incredible. I loved the art scene there and all of the museums. I think I really learned a lot and expanded my horizons,” sophomore Erin Davis said.
