NCAA national letters of intent signing

STUDENT ATHLETES SIGN their NCAA National Letters of Intent.

The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA)  National Letter of Intent Signing day was held this afternoon in the library.

Six Falcon student-athletes were surrounded by friends and family as they signed letters of intent to play their chosen sport at a college or university next fall.

These students will also be given the opportunity to sign for scholarships in February, alongside athletes from other sports not recognized by this signing day.

Student-athletes who signed NCAA Letters of Intent include:

Dan Bannon(Swimming, University of Notre Dame)
Leah Crouse(Field Hockey, Duke University)
Tara Larusso(Swimming,University of Pennsylvania)
Leah Smith(Gymnastics,Towson University)
Ewan Temple(Lacrosse,Washington College)

 

“I chose Towson because when I went there for an official visit, I felt that I already belonged,” Smith said. “I can definitely see myself living there for the next four years and I couldn’t be more excited.”
