The 46th anniversary of the Virginia Beach Neptune Festival will be held at the Oceanfront Boardwalk on Sept. 27-29. Every year, thousands of people gather at the Boardwalk to celebrate the festivals many offerings such as:

The Neptune Festival Boardwalk Weekend is the largest annual special event in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
