Be winter fabulous: here is your guide to the winter of 2014.

Girl’s Fashion

– Accessorize! Patterned scarfs in particular, preferably a bright color to capture the attention of others and drawattention to your face.

-Toasty Tights! Warm wintry tights are needed when that temperature begins to drop. Swap your go-to black pair with a light grey pair instead.

-Printed/patterned sweater – although cliché a patterned sweater might be just what you need for pulling off the perfect outfit.

-If edgy is what you want, adding a leather jacket would do the tick, depending on the rest of your outfit either black or burgundy would do.

-A puffer vest could be added, if you’re going for the more cool-girl/laid back type of look. However, if too puffy it could detract from the rest of your outfit.

Boy’s Fashion

-Layered upstyle with earthy tones, such as a brown shirt with a light green scarf and matching trench coat.

-Burgundy pullovers might be what’s needed to brighten a particularly cold winter’s day; they go great when contrasted with blue.

-Bowties! While some are not a fan of the bowtie, it might be just the perfect ‘accessory’ needed for your outfit.

-Boots, whether combat or work, are blowing up in men’s fashion. They go great with earthy tones that are in abundance in winter

-Sweaters. They are a must have in anyone’s closet during the season, usually a cream color is good but depends mostly on the rest of your outfit.
