Senior Advisory Board hosts teacher talent show

Class of 2019 Senior Advisory Board (SAB) will host the first ever teacher talent show entitled ‘Teachers Got Talent’, to raise money for upcoming senior class expenses, such as prom and graduation, on Thursday, Jan. 17.  Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the event itself begins at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium. Tickets will be sold at the door for $5 and are free for teachers and staff.

The winning teacher will be chosen by five student judges – seniors Anna Merklinger, Anna Mason, Alyssa Hibben, Sara Dixon, and Phillip Goldstein.

Computer Science teacher Mr. Mackey is one of the eleven performers and hopes to win the show.

“It’s not about talent it’s about owning the audience,” he said.
