Senior Sarah Little has been competing in track and field events since her freshman year.

She moved to Virginia Beach for her junior and senior year, and since arriving at the school, she has gone on to break several school records and compete at state championships.

Although she has seen more wins than losses so far, she believes the hardest thing about track is getting back up after you don’t succeed.

“You just have to brush it off and move on to your next event,” Little said.
