Falcon Wing, in the works
First year principal Dr. Kelly revealed the plans for one of the biggest projects in our school’s history, The Falcon Wing. The outdoor courtyard will be built where the portables used to stand, and is designed with enough table space to seat 60 students.
The Falcon Wing features a small amphitheater for local bands that Dr. Kelly hopes will be utilized before football games to promote attendance and create a more welcoming environment.
The space is being designed with the help of Dills Architects, a local architecture firm. The Falcon Wing is one of the many changes and new developments that Dr. Kelly has brought to our school. Students and staff alike are very excited for its completion.
“I’m incredibly excited to be able to give this space to our very deserving students and staff. I hope to have the project completed before the first football game next fall,” Dr. Kelly said.
