Congressman Scott Taylor visits
CONGRESSMAN SCOTT TAYLOR answers a student’s question.
Congressman Scott Taylor (R-Va.) will visit the school Wednesday, March 28, invited by the new Young Republicans club to speak with students and teachers in the library.
Taylor plans to give some insight into his career, as well as give some insight into Washington D.C. politics, specifically bureaucracy to passing legislation.
Co-chairmen seniors Warren Smith and Ian Lichacz developed the club this year and have already visited the state capitol.
“It’s amazing that we were able to schedule the Congressman considering most colleges can’t get him on campus,” Smith said. “We are excited to listen to what he has to say.”
