The Falcon girls Indoor Track team will advance two individuals to the state championship in two weeks.

Junior Sarah Little will participate in the long jump while junior Leah Crouse will compete for the 300 meter title.

The event will take place over a two day span on Saturday, Feb. 24 and Sunday, Feb. 25, at the Boo Williams Sportsplex in Hampton.

“I’ve been practicing and specifically working on my jumps, strength, and speed. Off the track I’ve been cutting out unnecessary distractions, eating better, and getting on a good sleep schedule,” Little said.
