“At CHS, I’m very passionate about both academics and athletics. I’m a member of the National Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta, the math honor society. I have also played basketball for the school all four years, and I’m now the starting point guard and captain of the varsity team. Additionally, I’m on the track and field team and compete in numerous events. A highlight was qualifying as a state competitor in the high jump! Being involved in all these activities has helped me grow as a person. Balancing academics, sports, and clubs has taught me valuable time management and organizational skills. I’ve also learned how to be a better leader through my roles as captain of the basketball team and as a member of NHS. But most importantly, it’s been awesome forming strong bonds with my coaches, teammates, classmates, and teachers. My goal is to attend a college with a top-tier computer science program while continuing to play basketball. After that, I want to work for an innovative AI startup and travel the world, exploring many different cultures.”
