Homecoming Spirit Week showcases “Award Shows” as theme

CHS Homecoming week begins Monday, October 14 and will continue after the Homecoming football game and into Saturday, October 19, when students are able to attend the post-week dance. Along with football and a dance, the week also includes a bonfire, float building,  themed dress up days, and the crowning of the latest Homecoming Court royalty. 

The annual fall pep rally will take place on Friday, October 18, after 2nd block. SCA members have organized the annual event in which a variety of clubs, teams, students and teachers come together to not only boost school spirit, but also Falcon pride in preparation for this year’s Homecoming football game against  Lions of Tallwood High School.

Homecoming Spirit Week Days Include:

Monday (10/14) “Award Show Watch Party” (PJ day)

Tuesday (10/15) “Nick Choice Awards” (Battle of the Classes – Seniors: Orange, Juniors: Green, Sophomores: Purple, Freshman: Blue)

Wednesday (10/16) “CMA Awards” (Country day)

Thursday (10/17) “Best On Screen Entourage” (Twin day)

Friday (10/18) “Green & Golden Globes” (Green and gold day )
