Vibrant colors can be seen throughout the parking lot all year long due to the creativity of previous senior classes.

The Class of 2025 is once again selling parking spots as a fundraiser for various end of year activities, such as prom, senior day, award ceremonies, etc. Anyone who would like to purchase one of these parking spots will be required to paint it themselves using a school appropriate design of their choosing.  To reserve a spot will cost $30 for the main lot and $40 for the side lot. Painting days will be Saturday, October 12, and Saturday, October 26, from 10 AM to 2 PM in the both lots.

“Painting parking spots is important because it is a fun way to raise money for the graduating class, while also participating in school activities,” senior Katie Linderman said.

For approval purposes, all designs were checked prior to painting as the designs must abide by the VBCPS Code of Conduct. Students were also asked to use a water based latex paint and bring  their own supplies for the painting day.

According to senior Braden Lyons, painting parking spots is a good way to allow students to express themselves through painting and show creativity.
