There are many things to look forward to in the month of April. Students can anticipate warmer weather, beach days, spring sports, holidays, and most importantly, Spring Break. This year the weeklong vacation starts after school ends on Friday, April 7.  Students don’t return to the classroom until Monday, April 17. To celebrate this time off, the press has curated a playlist for students to enjoy while on break.

Mellow and laid-back classics such as “Drift Away” by Dobie Gray, “Reelin’ In The Years” by Steely Dan, and “The Joker” by Steve Miller Band can be found on April’s playlist along with upbeat tracks such as “Dancing in the Street” by David Bowie and Mick Jagger and “Walking On Sunshine” by Katrina & The Waves. A vast array of artists such as The Beach Boys, ABBA, Jimmy Buffet, Zac Brown Band, and Peter Frampton are also featured on the playlist.
