TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT TECHNICIAN Ordaz Jeter helps students and teachers solve their technological problems. Jeter has been an active member of the Cox faculty and has always enjoyed aiding people in need.

“My name is Ordaz Jeter and I’ve worked at Cox for 6 years. My role is TST and I do a lot of the technology tasks. I help a lot of the teachers and students and it’s definitely an enjoyable position. The tech office is located in the library. The students are able to walk in throughout the day and get assistance with the applications and the hardware if they have issues with the Chromebooks. I get a chance to meet a lot of students which I am really grateful for. In the TST role we are busy busy busy. We have two floors here and it’s approximately 120 or so teachers and 1700 students. In this role I am very very busy, but I get a lot of enjoyment out of it helping the students and helping the teachers. That’s what keeps me going.” – teacher Mr. Jeter
