Humans of Cox: November 2022 Edition 3.0

“Who am I? I am Lelani Neville, a Cox Falcon senior. I am the only child in my family, and they have provided me the pleasure to become independent and also the favorite of my household. I am extremely family-oriented and couldn’t be where I am today without my parents. Since my freshman year, I have become super involved at Cox High School and I try to express my passion for the school; whether it is a part of SCA, Avid Club, Yearbook Club, or even one of the founders of Cox’s first annual Mental Health Club. These activities and events have driven me to become more social and build connections within the community. My employment as a server at Buoy 44 and a makeup advisor at Ulta Beauty has offered me many ways of learning organization and collaboration. Next year, I plan on going to college to acquire my Bachelor’s degree in business, and after I hope to attend law school at Georgetown University to become an International Corporate Lawyer. The things that I have just listed may make my life sound hectic, but I have never been unhappy being me for a moment. Becoming school involved is something I would adviseĀ  younger students to do, even just working at a job to get earnings and make additional connections can satisfy one’s life thoroughly.” -senior Lelani Neville
