SCA PRESIDENT SAM Bonde poses in her reflective rain jacket.

Humans of CHS: Sam Bonde

“The best part of being SCA president was being able to help plan all the events and get people involved and bring school spirit and participation rates up. The harder part was getting everybody in SCA on board for some of the not so fun tasks and doing all the paperwork and organizing all the events to make sure everything is on time. My favorite event was the CHKD Love Run because it gave back to the cute little kids at CHKD and it was really inspiring to see how all the money helps all the kids at the hospital. I think I’m going to get involved in student government in college and I think that having this experience will help me in life by learning good communication skills and branching out to make new friends. I would not change anything  because every struggle or difficulty I encountered made me the person I am today.”
