Falcon Press Journalism recruits
Upper level Journalism students created a video recently as a spoof of “The Office” in order to recruit underclassmen.
Students in grades 10-12 with a background in Honors English or higher are encouraged to join the Journalism I class next fall. The Journalism program consists of three levels; students progress through a level each year as they learn the history and development of Journalism, digital media, social media, story writing, and multimedia skills. Current events discussions are also encouraged.
Journalism students in all classes are considered a part of the Falcon Press online news staff and everyone makes a contribution to the award winning publication.
