“When I first entered high school, I wasn’t sure what was going to happen or where I would end up. Thanks to my social anxiety, I was always inside my comfort bubble being very careful who to let in. I stepped out of my comfort zone a little, and I’m very glad I did. I joined the Falcon orchestra and NJROTC. I play the violin and hold a leadership position in both classes. I made a ton of friends, and learned a lot. I then stepped a little further out of my comfort bubble every year, gaining new friends every time. Stepping out of your comfort zone can be very rewarding.” – senior Jacob Halley
