Purpose of BHAG
The school’s first ever Falcon Forum began today with alumnus Autumn Weiss, who took the time to explain the purpose of what she refers to as Big Hair Audacious Goals (BHAG).
After graduation from Mary Washington College in 2005, Weiss’s passion for art led her to become a middle school art teacher, while coaching field hockey on the side.
Through field hockey, Weiss found her passion for coaching and helping others reach their full potential, which then led her to the CrossFit arena.

Through her dedication and involvement to CrossFit; Weiss is now the owner of Crossfit 757, is an ambassador for Lululemon, and a partner with CrossFit clothing line, Hopper Clothing.
According to Weiss, she got where she is today by setting goals for herself and following her dreams, and encourages all students to set their own version of BHAG.
