Seniors take on Washington D.C.
SENIORS SPEND THE day in Washington D.C. for the annual trip sponsored and chaperoned by Government teachers.
Hoards of seniors, almost 200 in fact, from various Government classes gathered at the school before classes began last Friday, in anticipation of the annual bus trip to the nation’s capital, Washington D.C.
Students took to the streets upon arrival, visiting famous landmarks such as the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam War Memorial, and the Washington Monument, commencing at the Museum of American History.
Comedy Central’s version of President Donald Trump also made an appearance, giving students a chance to see some humor in a an otherwise “stuffy” atmosphere.
