Soccer shoots, scores
BOYS VARSITY SOCCER circles up for a team talk before the game.
The Boys’ Varsity soccer team, led by Head Coach Eric Blackmore, is off to another successful start this season. Currently, the team is 7-1-2 and led by senior captains Charlie Prince, Owen Smith, and David Vince.
In their recent defeat of the Ocean Lakes Dolphins with a score of 3-0, sophomore Clay Obara secured two goals for the team.
Senior Isiah Boyd has been a member of the team for four years and hopes to continue to see improvement and success throughout this season.
“I’m looking forward to see what the team is capable of, we have a lot of young talent and I believe that will benefit us in the long run,“ Boyd said.
The team will travel to Landstown High School to take on the Eagles on Tuesday, May 2.
